• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the rooms, except the red one which is at ground level, are on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms have a beautiful view over the park or the vineyard. Villa Murray is set in a private park, so it is very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The bedrooms are equipped with linen and towels.
  Linen and towels change are made twice a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but the Villa faces a wide park with wood and vineyards. The southern side of the Villa has been enriched with a modern pool surrounded by a solarium.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Inside all the Villa smoking is forbidden.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are equipped with LCD televisions. There is the possibility to use DVD player and original language movies.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but our walls are more than 50cm thick and preserve a nice internal temperature.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, Villa Murray management can organize a typical Tuscan dinner, or a lesson and dinner with pizza (we have a firewood oven).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All the rooms have ADSL Broadband connection (wire included), there is also an Internet point available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, our swimming pool is 10X5m (32X15feet), it is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, inside the park, there are 8 parking places on the northern side of the Villa. The parking is free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The management will be happy to help guests to make on line bookings for museums, galleries, tour guides, railway and flight tickets, car rental.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest village, Tavarnuzze, is only few hundred metres from Villa Murray and provides a wide variety of shops.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Inside our park we have a vineyard. Our location is at the gates of Chianti region, one of the most famous wine regions in the world.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 3km, Siena 65km, Pisa 86km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Tavarnuzze.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence, Amerigo Vespucci, 25km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Villa Murray can book a private shuttle service for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  City bus (ATAF) n° 37 terminus is 800m (about half mile) from the Villa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Florence Santa Maria Novella (SMN)10km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not. On request, Villa Murray management can organize a Tuscan dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all the rooms are provided with ADSL connection.
