Accommodations
|
 Accommodation is provided in two traditional farmhouses, known as Doderi and Brentina, which have been renovated respecting their original structures and adopting our well-loved policy of retrieval and reuse of original materials.
The new interventions were carried out placing great attention on the criteria of bio-compatibility. The features of the apartments and their furniture were chosen in order to offer the feel and comfort of a private house and not just a hotel.
Each individual object was chosen with care, as were the colours and lights. The apartments are deliberately without television or air-conditioning; instead, books and stereos are provided. |
 The outsides of the farmhouses were restored so as to blend into the surrounding countryside as harmoniously as possible; facilities have also been provided so that quiet moments outdoors may be enjoyed.
BRENTINA - Brentina is a "casa colonica" (traditional farmhouse) with an articulated structure, which overlooks the wood of the same name from the top of a ridge. We have set up an exhibition room in the adjoining barn, while the original wood oven is coupled with a fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining room, both of which are for communal use. The attractions of the house are further enhanced by the nearby swimming pool. On both slopes of the ridge there are numerous pathways which lead into the woods. Animals are not allowed into the house. |
 Apartment Brentina Est - 4+2 beds - 110 mē
Composed of kitchen/living room, one suite, one double room with private bathroom. This apartment on two floors has a large fireplace in its living area. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms and magnificent views. The gorgeous suite has a small living room with a double sofa bed.
Apartment Brentina Ovest - 6+2 beds - 145 mē
Composed of kitchen/living room, one general bathroom, one suite, two double rooms with private bathrooms. This apartment has similar characteristics to the apartment described above; in addition, it has a bedroom with an independent entrance.
Apartment Brentina Sud - 2 beds - 60 mē
Composed of kitchen/living room with fireplace, one double room, one bathroom. Located on the ground floor, this apartment avails of its own private outdoor space and boasts a charming view over the olive grove. |
 Apartment Brentina Ovile - 4 beds - 100 mē
Composed of kitchen/living room, one double bedroom with private bathroom, another double bedroom, bathroom. This apartment contains a large living space spread over two levels, with some boasting magnificent views. The traditional ceiling with exposed beams has been perfectly preserved.
DODERI - Doderi is a typically Tuscan "casa colonica" (traditional farmhouse) located on the top of a hillock and surrounded by olive groves. It is situated at the meeting point between the cultivated area and the oak woods; at 20 minutes walk from the lake, it is the point of departure of numerous pathways. The vegetable gardens, orchard and hen-house, run by Imperio, offer organic products on a daily basis. |
 The typically Tuscan apartments in the Doderi house have ceilings and floors of antique terracotta tiles; they avail of comfortable outdoor spaces that are completely independent, as well as a barbecue and laundry area.
Apartment Doderi Alto - 6+2 beds - 150 mē
Composed of kitchen/living room, lounge, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, another double bedroom, bathroom. Located on the first floor, this apartment has a private portico, a large living area with fireplace and a lounge that can comfortably sleep two people on a double sofa bed. All the rooms boast magnificent views. |
 Apartment Doderi Est - 4 beds - 75 mē
Composed of kitchen/living room, one double bedroom with private bathroom, another double bedroom, bathroom. Distinguished by its large living area, which overlooks the portico, the apartment avails of two independent entrances.
Apartment Doderi Ovest - 2 beds - 45 mē
Composed of kitchen/living room with fireplace, one double room, one bathroom. Located on the ground floor, this apartment avails of its own private outdoor space and boasts a charming view over the olive grove.
Villa Le Trosce - 8+2 beds - 315 mē
This is the house where our adventure started.
It's not easy to say if it's more or less beautiful than the others but it sure is a wonderful house built on a unique location. It was constructed in the middle of the 19th century with the bricks that the property produced and with all the magic of these valleys. The structure, only one floor but with different levels, is situated on the top of the hill and has a view in all directions over the land, the lake, the grazing cows, the wheat and the barley. A beautiful place to free yourself from your thoughts or to think new thoughts.
This Villa is composed of 4 double bedrooms, bathrooms with shower and bathub, a large kitchen, a living room with fireplace, reading room, and finally a private swimming pool at guests' disposal with a covered veranda.
