 Independent Villa Podere Barberino: dates from the 1800s and can host 12/14 guests. It is a typical Tuscan Baronial villa, 600 square metres over two floors. There is a central tower, many large windows and doors that ensure the interiors are light filled. The exterior is rustic and very Tuscan, and the interior is pure luxury. On the first floor the ceilings are of exposed wooden beams and on the ground floor the vaulted ceilings are made of stone. The floors are finished in terracotta tiles. The garden has a beautiful view with olive trees. There is also ample parking. The Villa is ideal for groups and families.
The Villa has a private swimming pool: Designed by the owner of the farm, Flavia, Florentine landscape architect, the pool is horizonless, 16x9 metres and is set into Tuscan stone. It features a charming waterfall that runs from the edge of the pool. From here you can contemplate the stunning views across the surrounding landscape and enjoy the sun in a tranquil setting. |
 Ground floor: Large lounge with dining table that seats 12/14 people, a corner with sofas and
easy chairs, satellite TV, VCR and stereo with CDs. One sitting room with fireplace, perfect for reading one of the many books (titles in english and italian). Two well equipped kitchens with 8 hobs, 2 electric ovens, 1 gas oven, a large refrigerator, American coffee machine, microwave, other kitchen appliances, dishwasher, cold water dispenser for catering (there is a charge for this). Village chef available on request. Small laundry with washing machine.

Blue Room Dormitory Room - sleeps up to four with 1 French size bed and 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower stall.
White Room Master Suite - King size bed, dining area, fire place, lounge area with extra single bed and bathroom with bathtub and shower stall.
Red Room - ground floor room (or living room) with bathroom with shower stall.
Guest house Room - Big double room with private bathroom ont the 1st floor. We give this room to our guests when all the property is full. |
 Apartment Garden House: The Garden House hosts 2 people. It is a converted hay barn of 20 square metres built in the 1700s. A large window and a glass door ensure the room is light-filled. The house is decorated in a simple manner with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floor tiles. The bedroom has twin beds, a kitchenette with a little fridge and microwave, a bathroom with shower and a small private garden. Satellite TV. Parking for one car. Perfect for young couples. Use of swimming pool only by request, enquire when booking. |

Outside
The Spa is 15m from the swimming pool. By 3 steps you arrive in the big patio equipped with table and chairs and with a breathtaking panorama, perfect for a drink with your friends or family, during the day and expecially during the red sunsets, surrounded by many flowers, also in the night, and from many fireflyes, from where is possible admiring the amazing wiew! Barbeque, chairs and chez longues are included in the Spa rental.
Inside
. Room: wooden floors, wall with a big mirror, antique stones walls, air conditioning, Gymnasium and a relax space with 2 chez longues in front a nice fireplace. There is a comfortable French size sofa bed for 1-2 people (available only for "exclusive" rental). English books, cachemire plaids, rediffusion and playes are at guests' disposal.
. Bathroom: Carrara marble floors and walls, Murano glasses, WC, big shower, rediffusion, air conditioning.
. Finnish Sauna (for 2-3 people) and relax space.
. In the little private kitchen (owner's exclusive use) the owner puts at guests' disposal a little cellar with Champagne and white wines!
*On request: golf equipment (1) and tennis rackets (4) on rent.
. Included: electricity, water, towels (8/9 towels), soaps, hairdryer, change of towels once a week, twice a week cleaning.
