The beautiful estate of "La Bandita" is situated in the north-west of Tuscany in the province of Livorno. The area is designated high Maremma and close by is the ancient village of Sassetta which clings to the hillside at over 300mt. above sea level.

How To Reach Us

FROM NORTH (Milan)
Take the Motorway A1 from Milano and nearby Parma follow the green signs for La Spezia. At La Spezia take the Motorway A12 towards Rosignano Marittimo, where the highway ends. Now follow signs for ROMA-GROSSETO. This takes you on to a dual carriageway superstrada. Continue for 25 Kms to the exit for DONORATICO. Leave the superstrada here.

At the end of the sliproad at the roundabout, follow the signs for CASTAGNETO CARDUCCI to the right. Pass over a bridge and then turn left for Castagneto Carducci. Follow signs for Castagneto. Once in Castagneto Carducci, drive further for 6 Kms until a fork for MONTEVERDI - LARDERELLO. Here, turn left for MONTEVERDI (NOT SASSETTA) and after about 1 Km, on the right, you will find the entrance of "Tenuta La Bandita". Continue for 300 m until the main Villa.

FROM SOUTH (Rome)
Take the Aurelia Street (dual carriageway no-toll) and drive towards GROSSETO - LIVORNO. Continue until Donoratico and leave the superstrada here.
