  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A rich Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  As you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms has modern but elegant facilities. Our Suites can be consider romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Suites have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The seaview rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, but we have a private equipped beach (June-August).

  A part of the beach is private.

  No, but there is a fitness, wellness-centre 2 km from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
