• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, the price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the rooms prices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  As we are an historical building, we do not have an elevator; there are 32 steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quite, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our apartment Old Granary has a big terrace, all the others have a courtyard in common.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't it private, there is a big balcony in common on the ground floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the building is no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have television, not the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but at the reception you have telephone at your complete disposal.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do not have air conditioned, as the walls are cool.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, we do have a big dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a free access internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do have a big open air swimming pool (from April to October) and a little indoor swimming pool open during the other months.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There's a big parking outside Badia' walls.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The closest car rental is at 18 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are two supermarkets, 6 kms far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The vineyards are 16 kms far.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 60 kms far, Siena is 25 kms, Pisa is 110 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Gaiole in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Cavriglia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can book a taxi for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Gaiole in Chianti (6 kms far) is the closest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montevarchi (18 kms) is the nearest train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do have a turkish bath for 2 persons.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are sorry: we do have 3 dogs; they're extremely friendly with people, not with other dogs...
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do have our own restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet but from spring 2008, there will be modem connection.
