• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment or per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price of the apartments.
  We can provide breakfast on request at an additional cost.
  We prepare breakfast in the big old kitchen in the main house. It includes: milk, coffee or tea, fruit juices; bread, home-made marmelades, our production honey,biscuits or apple cake, eggs, ham, local cheese.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Each apartment has one or two floors with independent entrance and external and internal stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, each apartment is quiet,and private. Our house Fioraia is particularly romantic, but in each apartment there are bedrooms that we can consider "romantic".
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartments have no balconies, but each one has its own outdoor area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  They don't have balconies, but a lot of space outside, and pretty views from the windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non-smoking, there are plenty of areas around the farm complex where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Sometimes we organize winetastings.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 9x6 mt. It is open from the 1st of June until the 15th of September, but, depending on the weather, it is possible to open before, or to close later.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are spaces outside, next to each house.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rentals in the cities of Prato or Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are an alimentary shop, a vegetable shop, a newspapers shop and a bar (which also sells fresh milk and bread)in the village of Bacchereto.
  A small supermarket(Coop) in Seano. A big supermarket(Pam) in Poggio a Caiano.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we produce quality wines and extravirgin olive oil: we have vineyards that people can see and visit, and around our houses on hour hills there are wherever olive trees. Our guests are welcome to visit our cellars, we are very glad to give them explications. We can organize wine tastings and "bruschetta" on request.
  We are in the region of Carmignano wines. Beautiful panoramic roads.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 25 km, Siena 90 km, Pisa 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Bacchereto is 1km.far from the Farm.Seano is 6 km.far, and Poggio a caiano is 9 km.far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport, about 20 km. it takes about 1hour and half to go to the Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there are taxis in Poggio a Caiano that it is possible to call for this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bacchereto, to go to Prato: only two times per day
  Seano ,to go to Pistoia or to go to Florence : about every half/hour.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Prato, Pistoia.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  If they are small and polite, but there is a small axtra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, it is in the village of Bacchereto, in a medieval historic house where Leonardo da Vinci's grandmother was born.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
