There was no:
- airconditioning
- cd player
- safe
- internetconnection
In the room.
We missed fine chairs on the outside terrace. The stairs on the terrace were not very comfortable, that's wy we didn't use the terrace as much as we wanted.

A very beautifull and relaxing area with superb and luxurush rooms and relaxing atmosphere.
In general we had a very fine vacation. Enjoyd Villa Cassia di Baccano very very much beacuse of the great rooms and very friendly staff. This resident gave us a fantastic start of our holliday. Beter than we dreamed off, so lots of compliments to the hotelmanager! The only critics are the lack of the airconditioning, internetconnection, safe and cd player. This was not what we aspected. Hope this comment reaches the hotelmanager.

The manager of the villa, Mikhaela was her name I believe, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Peaceful, relaxing villa. Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, spacious, great location, wonderful swimming pool, lovely grounds, very friendly and helpful staff. An ideal villa for a relaxing and stress-free break.

Friendly, welcoming, and warm. We were greeted with an afternoon snack and a glass of prosecco. A brilliant start to our wonderful stay in the villa.

It was an amazing experience. I would definitely go back time and time again. Michela was fantastic and friendly, and had so many wonderful recommendations for places to go. She was always accommodating. The pool was very relaxing, especially with the soothing music played through the outdoor speakers. We loved it!

The rooms are air-conditioned.
The rooms are very spacious.
One room has a large private balcony overlooking the hills.
They are willing to rent daily rather than for a week at a time during most months of the year.
They can provide access to local cooking classes at a great restaurant in Il Borro, horseback riding, yoga classes, and in-room massages.

We Phoned ahead as we expected to be late and the receptionist kindly stayed later to meet us.

The Internet connection in the room did not work.

Would recommend to families. Facilities great. Staff exceptional. More like a small country hotel then a villa.

We had a littlew trouble finding the location but after we called and explained our location, we were lead straight to the property and was met by the staff as we drove up. A very welcomed experience.

Everything was very good. The staff was very knowledgable and very helpful for providing directions and assistance in our in-country travels.
The only minor problem was the room whereas I had thought I was getting a double and 2 twins whereas we got two doubles. It all worked out and they did offer another cot but we made the best of what we had.
It was a great expereince and we would recommend this place to others who ask. It was a very enjoyable expereince. They fulfilled all of our needs.

A very pleasant stay with a very friendly staff. They provided detailed directions everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed it all as well as the area of Tuscanny.

The directions were only good if we were coming from one way, but we drove from the opposite direction so it took us a while longer to find the villa
...
It is located quite close to the main road and noise from passing cars can be heard from the villa
