• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 1pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are really quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  In every apartment you'll find towels, bath robe and basic toiletries.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are 3 apartments with a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In every apartment there are sat TV and stereo hi-fi.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There are 7 apartments with air conditioning. The A/C is included in the apartments rates for these apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but in the apartments there is an internet fast connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes it is. It's open from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange car transfer or car rental on request.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the centre of village of San Giustino Valdarno (1.00 km) there are grocery stores and 3 mini-markets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are many wine producers around the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  We are 50 km far from Florence - 60 km far from Siena - 150 km far from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Giustino Valdarno is the nearest village (1.00km), the other village is Loro Ciuffenna (5 km) and the nearest town is Arezzo (17km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can arrange transfer from/to airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is on the main road (500 mt).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Arezzo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Of course!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
