• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast, based on local fresh products, is included (except for the holiday apartment).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the building, without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and some are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are always provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms and apartments are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms and apartments are equipped with satellite LCD TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  It is possible to get direct dialling telephone in all rooms and apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms and apartments are equipped with air conditioning. No extra charge. Air conditioning can be used from April to the end of October (only if necessary) .
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The breakfast room can be also used to stay together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  A public swimming pool is 2 Kms from the B&B ART. Open yearly.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking places are available close to the B&B ART.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest place to rent a car is Florence.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 15 Kms, Siena is 50 Kms, Pisa is 70 Kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private pickup service is available upon request and payment of a surcharge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There's a bus stop 100 metres from the B&B ART entrance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Florence Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but several restaurants are situated a short walk from the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, through the telephone line.
