• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price of the B&B is per bedroom per day, the prices of the apartments are per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included only in the B&B prices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included only in the B&B price. For the apartments, every apartment has a count meter.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yuo can give us the settlement when you arrive or when you leave the farm.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak english, french and german.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the buildings have two floors, no elevator available. Only apartmnet Laghetto is at the ground floor and suitable for disabled persons.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments and rooms are quiet, however our kind of hospitality is informal and friendly.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have private garden. Rooms of B&B are at the fist floor and they have not terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the apartments have private garden. Rooms of B&B are at the fist floor and they have not balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The rooms of B&B are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all the apartments. There is not TV in the B&B.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is telephone only in Casa Natalino 's apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  NO air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest "rent a car" is in Montecatini, 8 km far from us.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery is at 500 meters. Supermarket Esselunga is at 1 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  In the farm.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 55 km (one hour with the train), Siena 125 km (one hour and half with the car), Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pescia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 55 km, Pisa 60 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pescia Bus stop 2 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pescia railway station 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only with previous agreement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, sorry.
