 The farm consists of three houses ("Vinsantaia", "Casa Natalino" and "Casa Tersilio") which are divided into three rooms and seven apartments of various sizes, available all year round, with private entrance and garden, furnished with antique and period furniture, provided with washing-machine, dish-washer, equipped kitchen, telephone, television, with internet-access, heating with thermostat and separate meter of consumption. |
 Casa Vinsantaia:
this house is part of the Villa Guardatoia, which is a historically listed building. The name originates from a special room on the second floor, where the white grapes get dried before producing the Vin Santo wine. Apart from the Vinsantaia there are the three B&B-rooms and the one- room flat "il Coppo"; on the ground-floor you'll find the cantina (wine-cellar) with the farm-shop for the purchase of our produce and the coppaia, where the olive oil is still kept in antique earthenware jars called "coppi".
- "Il Coppo": One-room flat, private entrance on the first floor, with balcony, kitchenette, double bed, fire-place, bathroom with shower.
- "Bed & Breakfast": 3 double rooms each with bathroom. In one of them there's room for an additional children's bed. |
 Casa Natalino: Antique farm-house situated above the swimming-pool and divided into three apartments: each apartment has its own garden with a table, chairs and two deck-chairs.
- "Casa d'Oro": Entrance with veranda. Ground-floor: Large kitchen with dinette. Intermediate floor: Bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower. Upper floor: Living-room with fire-place, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Washing-machine, dish-washer, Fire-place, telephone, television. |
 - "Fiordaliso": Two entrance doors. Ground-floor: Kitchen, large sitting-room, adjoining dining-room with fire-place; First Floor: 1 Bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower. Washing-machine, dish-washer, telephone, television.
- "Margherita": Private entrance from the garden. Ground-floor: Kitchen, living-room with fire-place; First floor: 1 Bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower. Washing-machine, dish-washer, telephone, television. |
 Casa Tersilio: Antique farm-house situated a 100 meters below the swimming-pool and close to the farm's pond, with one apartment with private entrances at the back of the house. Whereas the casina is a small, independent building once used for storing wood. Each apartment has its own roofed over sitting-place with a table, chairs and two deck-chairs. |
 - "Il Laghetto": Suitable for disabled persons. The access to the apartment is at the back of the house, across a characteristic foot-bridge adorned with jasmine. All situated on one floor: Living-room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. Washing-machine, dish-washer, television.
- "La Casina": One-room flat on the ground-floor with private entrance, double bed/separable, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Washing-machine, television. |
