• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the rate. Breakfast served is a cold buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  8 floor, yes we have 2 elevators in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms on our 8th floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge. It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage also for coaches and it is included in the price of the room.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 70 km and Pisa 135 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The hotel is in the heart of Siena.
• Which is the nearest airport?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we are able to provide shuttle service.
