 Swimming pool: laying in our swimming pool will make you feel so relaxed that you will not want to leave. From the swimming pool you can enjoy stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. During the evening this is the ideal place to taste some delicious wine under the stars. There is also an outdoor and indoor shower for the swimming pool use. During the night the swimming pool is lit.
The garden:You can relax and in the shade of our garden. We invite you to discover the peace of reading a book under the trees. Gorgeous sunsets will leave you breathless. At the Pineta you can play bowls, or practise archery, and for afficionados we have chess boards. The garden is graced with statues that date back to the 1800's. On request you can have your breakfast in this square. There are also vineyards, olive trees and a forest where it is possible run or follow the paths on a romantic walk.
Breakfast: Every morning we prepare a buffet breakfast that you can enjoy either in the breakfast room or in the garden. Breakfast is served until 11. Coffee, milk, tea, juices, honey, home made marmalades and the house speciality is Rosanna's fabulous cakes. |
 Apart from the Mediterranean menu we try to attend all the special request from our guests.
Relax Area: We set a games area with table tennis, bowling, football and table games. Also in this area there is also a covered area for fitness, with multifunctional gym bench.
The museum: Four rooms on the first floor are dedicated to several family members very well known in Siena and Italy. You can discover their history in these rooms that hold information about literature, theatre, the Palio - the only woman who has ever taken part in the Palio is a member of the family.
Parking: parking area is in front of the villa.
Bikes: two mountain bikes are available.
Gym: near the swimming pool you can find our exercise area with some gym equipment.
TV: every room has satellite TV.
Telephone: there is a phone in every room for receiving external calls or calling other rooms.

Extra services (on request): We can prepare for you guided tour Siena and surrounds. Weather permitting we can arrange ballooning with departure from the Villa. During the Palio season, July 2 and August 16 (check dates), you can experience the medieval tradition first hand just a the Senese, taking part in the singing, the dinners and the parties. We will make you a real fan! We can arrange tickets to watch the Palio with advance notice. On request we can also prepare banquets or events and there is a small church on the property. |
