• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is per accomodation. We offer daily rates for the rooms at the Paggeria Hotel.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included at the Hotel La Paggeria.
  At Artimino apartments, breakfast is available on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartments are on ground or first floor. The hotel is in a 2 storey building. No lift is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are calm and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, A.C. is available in all the Hotel rooms.
  No, A.C. is not available in the apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the Enoteca or in the Restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet point, at the Hotel's Reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, to your disposal there two swimming pools: one at the hotel (20m x 10m), one at the apartments (12,5m x 7,5m).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the estate or at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Valdottavo 4 km, in Montelupo 5 km and in Signa 7km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 20 km, Siena 80 km, Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Artimino (300 m).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we offer a pick-up service from Pisa airport and Florence Airport, at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  300 mt away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  8 Km away Signa railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
