We booked a taxi through Residence Artemura to take us from Pisa Airport to Pistoia. Giovanni was there to welcome us and was able to give us information about the area. He was a true gentleman. The receptionist on duty was very friendly and made us coffee whilst our apartment was made ready. We arrived a couple of hours before the official arrival time! ... The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make us welcome. ... When I went to pay for the accommodation I was offered a coffee.Unfortunately I couldn't accept because the taxi was on time to take us to the airport. I loved talking to Mila she was very hospitable and good fun! ... It would have been very useful to have had a safe in our apartment. ... Nice apartment and lovely welcoming staff. It was wonderful being able to sit out on the terrace!
