  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The price of the apartments does not include breakfast - although this can be provided at a small additional cost. We offer a continental breakfast which includes: rolls, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea. A simple hot breakfast is also available (scrambled eggs and ham).
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, because we have to receive the balance upon the arrival. (View Payment Policy)
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, German and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors and we have an elevator (lift).
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Each apartment is independent. One of our apartments can be considered "romantic" as it has a four poster bed. Our rooms are peaceful and private.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some apartments do have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some apartments do have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    In all apartments we have satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    In the apartments there are air conditioning and there is not extra charge for it.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, parking is available for an extra fee.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are many car hire firms in Pistoia and at all airports and railway stations. For example: Europcar, AVIS.
  • How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
    Florence is only 35 Kms from our Residence, Siena 145 Kms and Pisa 40 Kms.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Florence, 35 kms from our Residence.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we can arrange to collect passengers from the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    100 meters from us,on Piazza San Francesco.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Pistoia railway station, 0.5 kms from our Residence.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but we have special agreements with the best restaurants of our city.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
