You can rent a car in the airport of Florence, Rome, Milan, or Bologna, etc.. Rent-a-Car and then follow these instructions.
By car: From Florence or Roma: Take Autosole A1 tollway and Exit at "Val di Chiana" and follow the signs for Torrita di Siena. When you come into Torrita di Siena, follow the signs for Residenza d'Arte until you arrive on the top of a nice little hill. At the top there is a stairs and a church in front of you with the entrance gate on your left. Park and follow the sign for the reception. Reception is inside the second building on your left.
By Train: There is also a train station in Torrita di Siena with quick and comfortable transportation to Chiusi (about 20 minutes). In Chiusi you have rail connections to Rome and Firenze in a little more than an hour.
