• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in FROM 03:00 p.m.- Check-out before 12.00 AM.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. We offer an Italian breakfast, which inludes: coffee, cappuccino, tea, orange juice, croissant, yogurt, varios cakes and crostata.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each suites is indipendent, romantic, quiet, and really nice.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the suites lean out on courtyards, gardens or terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the suites lean out on courtyards, gardens or terraces.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In every suite there is a fan, more necessary because the rooms also in summer are always fresh.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The splendid swimming pool is to few minutes from the Abode, and the entry is included in the daily cost.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car hire firms near Torrita di Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, the little town of Torrita di Siena it's far only 500 mt. from the Ancient Abode Residence of Art.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many independent vinyards in this valley.
  We are closed to Montepucliano, Montalcino, ecc...
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 100 kms far, Siena is 42 km far and Pisa is 175 km far from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Torrita di Siena is our town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are various airports:the nearest is Firenze (Amerigo Vespucci) but there other airport really near like Perugia (Adamo Giulietta), however both Rome, Pisa and Bologna airports are each within 2 hours.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have transfer service upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In torrita di Siena.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi Railway station is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only womb dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We serve breakfast. There are many conventioned restaurants close the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No at the moment you can not.
