• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 to 06.00 pm.
  Check-out: until 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can pay the remaining 70% at your arrival or departure at your convenience.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens are include in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace court on the first floor apartement and a court/yard in front of the swimming pool for the ground floor apartment.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is on both the apartements.

  Yes.

  Yes, it is a parking per each apartement.

  We have a rent a car service.

  Florence 90 Kms., Lucca 200 Kms., Pisa 150 Kms. Siena 30 Kms, San Gimignano 45 Kms., Montalcino 20 kms., Pienza 25 kms, Rome 240 Kms., 20 Kms. far from the beach.
