• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-In from 5pm to 7pm.

  The price is per apartment/villa per week and per person per double room in Villa Santa Maria.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, self catering only.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All bedroom between the ground floor and the first floor. Apartment Type D in La Palmiera is on 2 levels.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, apartments without balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV is in all apartments and in the common areas of Villa Santa Maria.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, telephone line not available.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only in Villa Santa Maria.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, all the apartments have a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a panoramic swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Rapolano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, grocery shops and supermarket.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the estate is in the Chianti Area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 60Km, Siena 22Km and Pisa 120Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Rapolano Terme.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa and Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Rapolano Terme, few kms.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we have an agreement with Antica Querciolaia thermal baths with discounted entrance and some discounted treatments.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets welcome only in reserved areas (on extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
