Swimming pool: A large and beautiful swimming pool 13 x 7 m, equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. (Open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September). |

2 dining rooms, the first very large with large table and fireplace: the second smaller dining room with a delightful little private balcony and an elegant small bathroom.
A suggestive stone pathway leads to a lovely large library: the large typical tuscan iron windows face on to the stream, the large arched glass doorway overlooks the garden area where the old laundry is now a green house for herbal plants. |
 There is ample outdoor space with terracotta flooring and covered area, iron chairs and small marble tables, to enjoy relaxing breakfasts and dinners in the open air.
On arrival the house will be presented well cleaned, in order, complete with all furnishings, facilities will all be functional. Bed & bathroom linen will be supplied for the whole week for every room.

Bookings are also possible for: Museums in Florence; Horseback riding; Hiring of Mountain Bikes; Wine -Tasting at local farms; "Ugolino" Golf (18 holes) at 30 km of stupendous views. |
