• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in from 1.00 p.m. / Check-out at 11.00 a.m.
  Early check-in is possible if there are rooms available on your arrival date.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It's included and it's a buffet breakfast. With its wide assortment of items, guarantees the warm fragrance of pastries every morning accompanied by typical American breakfast selections.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but normally the payments are at the check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, but no elevator because our hotel is an intimate small villa of only 19 rooms.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Cable TV with 32 channels of which 23 are international satellite TV channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, digital telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes and with printer with rapid connection adsl.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There's the biggest swimming pool of the city just only 900 meters from our hotel and our hotel have a convention with them, so all our guest can have particular advantages.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, both. we have 2 PRIVATE parkings and one garage inside our property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have our HOTEL SMART CAR AT eur 60 PER DAY.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence about 68km.
  Pisa 115km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, ONLY IF we are contacted one day in advance.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's only 200 meters from our hotel. The hotel is also served with frequent (every 15 minutes, and any bus goes to the bus terminal next to the main street in downtown, and coming back ony buses number 5,10,11,77) bus service from / to all directions (hotel bus stop: PALAZZO DIAVOLI).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  We are located between the Rail Station (8 minutes walking) and the Camollia gate (one gate of the wall hystorical centre).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  NO, IN OUR PROPERTY, but we are conventioned with a fitness center about 5 minutes from here by feet.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the Vecchio Pozzo restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
