  Check-in: Saturday from 2 to 7 pm. Check-out: Saturday before 10 am.

  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.

  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors and no elevator. Our staff will bring the luggage upstairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The property is very quiet and private with a really romantic atmosphere!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Apartment "La Contessa" has a balcony equipped to dine outside.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the apartments are equipped with sat tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, each apartment has a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no Internet-point in the property, but there is one just 150 m far.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking 30 m away.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in San Gimignano or in Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Just few meters away there is a supermarket and many grocery stores with typical Tuscan products.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 40 km.
  Siena: 30 km.
  Pisa: 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The property is located in San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport are Florence: 40 km and Pisa: 65 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.

  There is a bus stop 200 m away from the apartments.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
