• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not, because we provide self catering accommodation.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included in the rates for short stay, at an extra cost for longer stay.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and we do not have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet flats.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has its own private loggia or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do: you can ask to the owner in his studio.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open from May until the end of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A spacious parking area is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Poggibinsi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are at about 2 km from the farmhouse.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are all around the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 38 km; Siene 35 km; Pisa 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Barberino Val d'Elsa 5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1,8 km toward Poggibonsi
  5 km toward Siena or Florence
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Barberino Val d'Elsa, 1,8 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but you can find it in Pogibonsi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small dogs are welcome at an extra charge: ask at the moment of reservation.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but there are several in few km.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
