 Santa Maria a Poneta offers different types of flats, all of them tastefully furnished with a great attention to all details.
Sant'Appiano (50 square metres): 2+1 sleeps
Lovely apartment obtained from the old service rooms, from where one can enjoy the view of the wood that surround the parish church of Saint' Appiano. Access to the apartment can be gained from the nice roofed portico with spacious glass windows overlooking the garden. The bedroom and the bathrooms can be accessed from the spacious living room with dining area, served by a small kitchen in a separate room. On request bed for children up to 12 years of age can be added. |
 Barberino (75 square metres): 4+1 sleeps
The apartment, located close to the swimming pool, with solarium for exclusive use, offers a beautiful view over the surrounding hills. This spacious apartment on two floors can be accessed by a portico that can be used as dining area in summer. The spacious living room and the dining room, with equipped kitchen, have been obtained from the old stables; a staircase leads to the second floor, where you find a bathroom with shower, and a small drawing room with sofa bed, which serves as passageway to the bedrooms. The whole apartment is furnished in the most classic Tuscan style. |

The entrance of this romantic apartment is on the small road that separates the main house from the barns. An arched door opens onto the old cellar with barrel vault ceiling where the cooking area and a cosy relaxation room. A sinuous staircase leads to the upper floor where you find a large double bedroom, with bathroom, opening onto an exclusive terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. |
 Gimignano (75 square metres): 4 sleeps
This apartment, obtained from the central part of the barn, bears this name because it overlooks the valley dominated by the towers of San Gimignano: from the turret windows, the eye sweeps over an incomparable view of the Tuscan landscape speckled with old villas and farmhouses. On the ground floor you find a spacious living room with big arched windows that open onto the garden and the roofed portico, a dining area with kitchen featuring a characteristic brick vault, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. A comfortable staircase leads from the living room to the double bedroom in the turret. |
 Vico (48 square metres): 2+1 sleeps
This small apartment opens onto the large garden facing the swimming pool and offers an excellent accommodation. Access to the apartment can be gained from the nice roofed portico that leads into the spacious living room with a cooking area and a sofa bed; on the ground floor there is also a double bedroom, with bathroom with shower. A small iron staircase leads to the gallery in which there are two sofa. |
