• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  During Season B Saturday only. During Season A anytime and everyday.
  Check Out: before 10:00 a.m.
  During Season B Saturday only. During Season A everytime and everyday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, price is at forfait for short period (1 to 7 nights) 15 Eur per day. On conumption for long stay (up to 7 nights) 0,90 Eur for cubic meter.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors: ground and first floor without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided and included in the final cleaning price but, if you bring your own, you will be charged the half of the final cleaning price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All guests of Orangy Pastry Factory can take advantage of a big terrace furnished with tables and chairs where they can stay anytime. Only Giaggiolo apartment has a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the apartments of the Orange Pastry Factory have air conditioning. It is on request and there is an additional fee depending on the type of accomodation. In the Big Four the additional fee is 20 Eur per day. In the Rubiessapphires is 15 Eur per day. In the Rubies is 10 Eur per day. In the bedrooms is 5 Eur per day.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is one nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 25 km, Siena is at 30 km, Pisa is at 115 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The property is located in Greve in Chianti, the capital town of the Chianti region.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 27 km from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 50 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station in Florence is at about 25 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
