• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from midday.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  1 room no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  Guests of Hotel Antica Torre can use the parking of Palazzo di Valli (15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by minibus from Siena).
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is Avis ,Herz, Europe Car, etc. in Siena.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence Km 80. Pisa Km 110.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport Vespucci in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus stop is at 20 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The station of Siena is in the suburb, 2 Km from the centre.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
