 L'Antica Sosta is situated in the small and charming village called Renai, (3 km from Castelfiorentino) encircled from vineyards and olive groves. The ancient rural origins have left clear traces in the structure of the old hayloft and in his restoration work realised completely by hand from the owner Vincenzo, in order to safeguard the old materials. |
 Thread conductor of the restoration has been the recovery of the original materials and the restoration of natural elements, in order to savour the country's comforting life in complete relax, far away from stress and tension of the city. Where for ages the wagons were stored, now there is the dining room, in which you will be able to enjoy the warmth of a hearth, that have an ancient structure with hand made bricks. |
 A wide corridor, lead us to the kitchen: the faithful econstruction of the old kitchens that you can find in Tuscan farmhouse, with the particular sink in stone, chiselled by hand. The 5 bedrooms are wide and airy, simple in their elegant order, enriched from bright windows from where you can admire the waved hills of Tuscan countryside. The names of our rooms: Camelia, Glicine, Malva reale, Calendula and Caprifoglio, inspire themselves to the magical colours and the delicious scents, that nature offers us. |
 The Caprifoglio, situated at the ground floor, does not contain architectural feature that denies accesses to the handicapped, as well as the adjacent bath. The 3 baths, with bathtub or shower, are enriched by live colours of Vietri's hand painted tiles. The hayloft has a garden, from where you can admire the wonderful view of Tuscan hills and its enchanting sunsets, in a complete silence that only the country can offer to you. |
 You can have a good time in our panoramic terrace, equipped also to consume your meal. Far from luminous pollution of the big city you will be able to enjoy a simple but exciting show, like a starry sky or a full moon. From February 2004, it will be in function the swimming pool in front of the garden, with annexed the solarium zone, reserved only for Antica sosta's guests. |
 The hayloft carefully restored can host until two family (12 people). The family is at your disposal to make you try a dinner with the simple and genuine flavour, with fruits and vegetables from our garden, and all accompanied by olive oil and wines from our farm. We also organise the Pizza Day, where you can taste the pizza and the home made bread. |
