  The heating is not included.

  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building have only one floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our bedrooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Lines and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a panoramic terrace with a wiev of the pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the ground floor bedroom is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the villa there is Tv-sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there a dining room in the villa.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest car rentals are in Castelfiorentino and Empoli.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Castelfiorentino you can find many supermarkets and all kind of stores.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, a vineyard is 250 m far from the property.

  Florence: 40 km

  Castelfiorentino.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.

  On request, it is possible to have dinner in the villa.
