• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 11.00 am. until 09.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
  Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment per day or per week.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the second floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms of the apartment are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide all linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv in the apartment, but is not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, at the moment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, 50 meters away from the the apartment there is a parking area with many free places.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena (25 km away from San Gusmè).
  There are many car hire firms in Siena and at all airports and railway stations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is in San Gusmè a "village shop" wich sells all daily needs, including fresh milk, bread and newspapers.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many independent vinyards owned by small local farmers.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 80 km. Siena: 25 km. Pisa: 120 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The apartment is in the village of San Gusmè in Chianti. Villa a Sesta: 2 km. Castelnuovo Berardenga: 5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In Florence (80 km away from San Gusmè).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In San Gusmè in Chianti. Buses run from Siena to San Gusmè in Chianti and vice versa 4 times per day.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Siena (25 km away from San Gusmè).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, however here there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, at the moment.
