- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The prices are per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, it is not included in the price, but it is possible to have breakfast in our restaurant at an additional fee. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating and Air-conditioning can be provided paying an extra fee. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
No, only at departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and Swedish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Some of the apartments are situated on the ground floor and others on the first floor. There is no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Each apartment is independent. All our apartments are peaceful and private. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are provided and they are included in the price. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All apartments have an independent entrance, all with either terrace or private garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some apartments have a terrace. The others have a private garden. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All apartments are for non smokers or smokers, it is up to each guest. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, all apartments have a satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Heating and Air-conditioning can be provided paying an extra fee. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
All apartments have a living room with table and chairs adapted to the number of people staying in the apartment. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, there is not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, we have three swimming pools, 2 for adults (one of them with whirlpool) and 1 for children. The swimming pools are open from May 1st to September 30th. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, we have a parking. - Where can we rent a car?
There is a car rental service in Poggibonsi, but it is advisable to rent a car already at the airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there are grocery stores and supermarkets in Colle di Val d'Elsa at 10 km. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, as we are situated next to the Chianti region. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is 55 km far, Siena is 35 km far and Pisa is 75 km far. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest village is Casole d'Elsa. - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence: 75 km, Pisa: 75 km - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but we can arrange it for you through local taxi drivers. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is Piazza Arnolfo in Colle di Val d'Elsa (10 km) - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is in Poggibonsi (20 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, not yet. We can suggest walking or cycling tours. - Are pets welcome?
No, they are not. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is a restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, we do not have an Internet connection in the apartments.
