• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: between 08.30 and 10.30 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self-catering. The service is available every day with a little extra charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and a little German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms are romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens can be supplied by us on request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All apartments, apart from Florindo, have a balcony or a terrace or private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every apartment is provided of telephone direct line for calling and to be called, suitable also for the data port of your portable pc. The television offer you fifty channel by sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Florindo, Santina, Maria, Dino, Beppe and Luigi have air conditioning which is extra charged.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
