From Rome heading north
Take SS1 (Aurelia) heading north towards Livorno and exit at Giuncarico. Follow signs for Castiglione della Pescaia. Hotel is about 2Kms past the roundabout on the right side of the road. You will see the long avenue planted alternatively with one cypress and one pine tree after the other that's the entrance to the property.
From Pisa or Florence heading south
