• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors in Fattoria and three floors in the Villa and yes there's an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, SAT TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct dial phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is in every room with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a small heated swimming pool at the entrance of the Villa and another one in the garden (both swimming pools are open from mid May until the end September). In 2005, when the SPA will open, there will also be an indoor pool open year round.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  At Castiglione della Pescaia there are plenty of shops.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, in the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 164 km. Pisa: 145 km. Siena: 95 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castiglione della Pescaia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange private transfers.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Castiglione della Pescaia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Grosseto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  It's scheduled to open in Fall 2005.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just small ones (7 lbs max) and well educated.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Tuscan Restaurant "La Trattoria Toscana" and service in Villa dining room when La Trattoria Toscana is closed.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
