• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 5pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, cash on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On the first and on the ground floor. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linen and towels provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there are gardens and courtyards around the house at guests' disposal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we serve dinner with fixed menu with Chianti wine of our production and vegetable from our vegetable garden.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence (20 km) or Siena (40 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at "Greve in Chianti", 3 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes. We are surrounded by vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 20 km, Siena 40 km and Pisa 90 km.

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  At Greti, 1 km.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
