• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, sure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are very private and charming.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the bedrooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, just terraces.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone, fax and Internet are available at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning, but the farmhouse is a restored old building and the rooms are very cool.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room with terrace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is Internet at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a super panoramic swimming pool opened at the beginning of August 2006.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 4 km from the farmhouse.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The property is fully immersed in a vineyard.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena is 5 km, Florence is 45 km, Pisa is 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Vagliagli.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can reserve one for you if you wish.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Corsignano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are trekking paths.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we can cook on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
