- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 11pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room/apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast is a buffet but it is not included in the price. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
yes, you can settle the bill on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Languages spoken: English, French, German, Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors but there is no elevator. Four of the six apartments are on the ground floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All the rooms are quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided by our structure. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The rooms haven't a terrace but there is a wide covered terrace near the Sala Tiziana, where the guest can have relax or breakfast. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
The rooms have no balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have non smoking rooms and apartments. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
yes there is tv in the rooms but we haven't satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialing in every room. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not air conditioning but the apartments are quite fresh. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
In each apartments there is a kitchen and a dining room where guests can have lunch and dinner. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have a connection for Internet near the reception where guests can use their own laptop. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We will offer our guests a swimming pool in June 2008. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a wide private parking for the guests. - Where can we rent a car?
There is some rentals in this area but we can offer our guests a service of free service of shuttle for Lucca City on demand. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there are many supermarkets and sotres in the surroundings, 500 meters away from our structure. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are many vineyards and farms nearby, especially in Montecarlo. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
These cities are about 30 minutes far away from our property by car. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest village is Porcari, which is 500 meters away from here. Lucca is 8 kilometers far away from Ambassador. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Pisa airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes we can offer a shuttle service on demand of our guests. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is Porcari, via Romana Est. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Porcari, just 1,5 kilometers away from Ambassador. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there isn't a fitness center. - Are pets welcome?
No, pets are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is no restaurant. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
In this moment this is impossible, but we will offer soon a wireless connection in the rooms.
