• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: can be done at anytime before 10.00 pm.
  Check-out: is at 10:00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is excluded and to be calculated at the check-out.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, in fact it should be done at the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartments are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our apartments have total privacy and they are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they have their own terrace with barbecue, table, etc.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have a terrace though.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Our "Stalla" apartment has satellite televison. The other apartments unfortunately do not have a TV set, but they have stereo.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No we do not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No we do not have air-conditioning but the temperature is usually mild the whole summer in this area.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we have.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a 12x6m swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent one in the little town of Piazza al Serchio (2 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Piazza al Serchio.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We are not in the wine area of Tuscany but the farm cultivates natural products (tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce, onions, ...)and can offer you dinner with local products cooked in wood-burning oven and good Tuscan wine.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 123 km, Siena is 193 km and Pisa is 80 km away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest little town is Piazza al Serchio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Pisa Airport is only 85 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza al Serchio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Piazza al Serchio.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant where during the week the guests can book a dinner with local products cooked in wood-burning oven and good Tuscan wine, at special price.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, unfortunately you can not.
