In the former barn next door there is the breakfast room where Federica's fresh-baked cakes are served and the hay-loft upstairs has been tastefully converted in a living room where guests can enjoy the winery products and browse over the Tuscany-dedicated bookshelves.

Federica and Enrico's philosophy of trying to make each guest feel special is evident in the time they dedicate to suggest itineraries with maps, making reservation at restaurants, museums and local concerts.

Being among the founder members of the Wine Tourism Association visit to cellars, the villa and wine tasting begins right here at the Aiola and if you don't want to bother with driving, day trips in the region are available in a comfortable MPV with Enrico as a guide and Federica-made picnic for lunch.

The "Vin Santo", produced in accordance to the purest Tuscan traditions by the withering of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, settles for five years inside the "walled kegs" of the ancient "vinsantaia". From our olive groves, we produce the purest olive oil, cold-pressed as in the past, excellent when matched with our most renowned Chianti-wine Vinegar.

Under Mr. Enrico Campelli's expert guide, it is possible to visit the villa and cellars, as well as tasting the Aiola wines on the sales outlet's wide and panoramic terrace.

All services such as chemist, medical doctors, banks, post office, supermarket are located in Vagliagli and in Radda in Chianti.

Casali della Aiola is in a particularly strategic position as is very near to all the highlights of Tuscany; for example Florence (60 km) and Siena (12 km).
