  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: from 02.00 to 09.00 pm. Please advise for late check-in.
    Check-out: within 10.00 am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Daily and Weekly prices are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish, German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Apartments are located on ground and first floor, no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the apartments are quiet, private and, of course romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens and towels are supplied by the property; at request they can be changed during the daily cleaning.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, some of the apartments have an outside area and some have a little and romantic balcony.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the apartments have Satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Each apartment has direct dial telephone and a data-port. If you are not travelling with your computer you may check emails in the office by arrangement with Concierge.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All the apartments have air conditioning.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, the Villa places a Gazebo area, overlooking the beautiful surrounding hills, at guest's disposal.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    You may access the internet in the office by arrangement with Concierge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, the swimming pool (9 x 18 metres) is completely deep into the olives grove.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, inside the property there is an open-air area for parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At Florence Airport, near the Railway Station or at about 5 km from the property.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, at just 1 km of distance.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    The Villa is situated at just few km from the Chianti Area.
  • How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
    The City of Florence is at about 1,5 km from the property; Florence centre 6 km - Siena 65 km - San Gimignano 55km - Lucca and Pisa at about 75 km.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    At just 1,5 km start the city of Florence; town of Scandicci is at about 1 km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Florence Airport "Amerigo Vespucci" (9 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    500 mt from the Villa.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest is Santa Maria Novella in the centre of Florence at 6 km away.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but each apartment has a full equipped kitchen and at request, we provide a gourmet service. In the nearness there are a lot, typical and good trattorias and restaurant.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    There are data-port in each apartment that will connect with our adsl.
