• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3.30pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included. It is a typical Italian breakfast plus corn flakes, cereals, yogurt, cheese.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property is on one floor, no lift and a few steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms are very quiet as we are located near the town but not in it.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, on our courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV sat in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, telephone is available in the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms have air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but near there are plenty of restaurants.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception. We also have wireless connection in the rooms so you can connect your portable PC upon request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is a municipal swimming pool at 3 min by car.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  10 minutes by walk from the property you can find Eurocar Rental.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 70 km, Siena 145 km and Pisa 20 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei" at 20 km. Florence Airport at 70 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes upon an extra fee, upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazzale Verdi, 3 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca, 1.5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but nearby there are plenty of restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, upon request we have wireless connection.
