  Check-in: Saturday after 4.00 pm, and before and not later 7.00 pm. Check-out: bedrooms and apartments must be left by 10.00 am of the leaving day.

  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  They have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, but not with international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
