• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.

  We speak English, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartmets are quite and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of our apartments has a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of our apartments has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our apartments are non-smoking. There are plenty of areas around the farm complex where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each apartment has a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is open from 15/04 to 25/10 and is for the exclusive use of our guests.

  Yes, parking area is available.

  There are many car rental agencies in Poggibonsi, Siena and Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are 2 supermarkets in the center of Barberino V.E.

  Yes, there are.

  Florence: 25 km, Siena: 30 km, Pisa: 60 km
