By Car
From Pisa airport North or Florence
Exit car park direction Firenze (Florence) and continue on this duel carriage way for about 45 minutes. Take the A1 Highway Bologna/Roma direction Roma.
From Highway A1
Take Valdichiana Exit. After leaving the toll-booth, and take motorway Siena-Perugia direction Perugia.
From Motorway Siena-Perugia
Take Cortona-Montepulciano exit. At the roundabout, bear left in direction Montepulciano. Follow the road for near 8 minutes untill you see a roundabout on the left for PETRIGNANO, turn left here. Follow the road, after about 500 mt you'll see a roundabout on the left (there's signs facing you to some farms of the Strada del Vino Nobile di Montepulciano), turn left. Few meters and will begins a white road, but a good one. Continue on this for 800 meters, and then take the left turn (signposted) to La Valiana.
From Rome Airports
Take A1 Highway North. After about 2 hours driving take Valdichiana Exit.
After leaving the toll-booth, and take motorway Siena-Perugia direction Perugia then follow the above instructions to reach la Valiana. |
