• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for entire villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price, although it can be provided by catering service at a small additional cost.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The cost of the heating is is not included in the price. In the villa there one fireplace too (wood not included in the price).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided. If you stay 15 days, at the end of the first week, we'll offer you a free complete change.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are 2 terraces and a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there are has 2 balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the dining room at gound floor there's one Satellite TV: BBC, CNN, SKYNEWS are included.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, not at the moment, when the reception is open you may use our telephone for important incoming calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. You could have it at a small additional cost.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there's a very spacious and louminous dining room with fire place at gound floor. Another dinig room, with a great view, is in the top apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an internet point at the moment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, our pool is 12 meters long, with idromassage corner, for the esclusive use of our guests. It's open from 1 may to 10 october near.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car rental agencies at all the airports and railway stations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in the village of Petrignano (1KM) there a "village shop", with grocery and take away, which sells all daily needs.
  There's also a supermarket in Acquaviva (8 minutes) or in Castiglione del Lago (10 minutes).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Montepulciano is an important wine producing area. The villa is the top of an hill covered by our vineyards.
  But in all the area there are many independent vineyards of Nobile wine, owned by small local farmers and big farms too.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 90 km, Siena at 55 km and
  Pisa at 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Petrignano is about 1 km or Valiano at about 3 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are various airports: Perugia (Adamo Giulietta), Firenze (Amerigo Vespucci). However Rome, Pisa or Bologna airports are each within 2 hours.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can arrange to collect passenger from Terontola-Cortona Station (8 km) or Chiusi-Chianciano Terme Station (30 km).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Buses run frequently from Chiusi Chianciano Terme Station to Montepulciano.
  But local service to Valiano is just few times per day.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Terontola-Cortona (high speed links to Rome, Florence, Milan).
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, however there are 2 SPA centers within 30 minutes. Here there are also various walk and cycling tours that our guests can explore.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant however you may have a cook for your dining at an additional cost.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, we do not have a modem connection at the moment.
