 Always aiming at coming up to our guests' expectations at best, we have tried in time to better our services: so we do not only guarantee comfortable rooms, apartments, sitting room and guest lounge, but we have also started to offer a series of extra opportunities (recreational, didactic, cultural and gastronomic activities) which only a really working farm can offer: tasting, special events on a particular theme, guided visits and various courses. |
 This aspect is not very common in the area since the law which regulates the Agritourism in Tuscany has changed and there will be new scenarios which we think will make even more enthralling your stay in a farmhouse in Tuscany. And when you are tired to explore the surroundings and the many beauties of the Tuscan countryside, you may stay at the farmhouse and stroll among olive trees or along the lanes through the private wood (in all 30.000 sq.m.) or enjoy relaxation on the sunbeds in the large park and dive now and then into the swimming pool. |
 And in the evening you can enjoy in the open air a family dinner with local quality products prepared with the care the housewifes once devoted to the "ceremony" of cooking. An exclusive dinner for the guests of the farmhouse in the presence of the owners who will enliven and make even more magical the evening telling tales, anecdotes and stories. And then back to the comfortable rooms and apartments for a rest in peace and quiet. |
 But the most important thing is the friendly relation, with all due respect for privacy, we have with our guests. We talk, we joke, we supply information and we give tips to better discover and appreciate the Tuscan world (from the works of art to handicraft, from shopping to typical restaurants with which we have an arrangement, from festivals and floklore manifestations to cultural events and so on) but above all we wish to establish relations with people having their own story and personality and we do not treat them like "anonymous guests". |

| Our farmhouse stands on a hill, between Arezzo and Siena, where even in summer, it is rather windy and it is a natural balcony over Val di Chiana, the land among other things of the meat of the "chianina" breed, well-known for its fabulous T-bone steak, the "bistecca alla fiorentina". We are situated in a very green area (olive groves and woods) actually uncontaminated but at the same time close to the highways which make it the perfect place for visiting the Tuscan and Umbrian art towns, the archaeological sites, the Etruscan necropolis, the nature and the thermal reserves (Arezzo, Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Chiusi, Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Gubbio, Cortona, Lucignano, Anghiari, Terme di Rapolano, Trasimeno Lake, the Chianti region, the "Crete Senesi", mystical sites such as La Verna and Camaldoli etc.). We organize guided tours to the nearby towns or the art cities, the surrounding territory is infact rich from the historical and artistic point of view, as well as for the landscapes, Lucignano, Gargonza, Civitella, Cortona and Arezzo only to name a few. |
