• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. 3 km far from the Torrione there is a delicious Bar so if you want you can go there for breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is inlcuded in the price in winter time.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want you can also settle your bill at your arrival (during the Reception's time table).
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All our apartments are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them are quiet and romantic (they all have the fireplace!).
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All of them have their private courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  They have their private courtyard.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, there are not non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  On request we can give you a Tv but only with Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone to reach the Reception and for emergency numbers.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There isn't air conditioning, because they are old buildings and usually quite cold in the summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has a dining room with kitchenette.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a nice swimming pool overlooking the valleys and it's open usually from mid May to mid September (dependig on the weather!).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car directly at the airport or at 6 km from us in Poggibonsi town (in Poggibonsi we can rent it for you!).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Poggibonsi you can find all kind of shops (at 6 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Of course: you are surrounded by vineyards and also olive groves.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at about 40 km, Siena at 20 km, Pisa at about 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village towns are Poggibonsi (6 km) and Castellina in Chianti (7 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is A. Vespucci in Firenze (50 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 5 km, nera Poggibonsi town.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Poggibonsi at 6 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, tehre is a delicious tuscan cuisine Restaurant at 3 km in the principal Relais where our guests have the 10% of discount.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it's not possible.
