• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, there isn't a restaurant/bar in our property.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the client must settle the bill cash on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One Floors and Two Floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartments are situated in a quite place with romantic view to the sea and to the Tuscany country.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The client must bring linens and towels from home or they can rent at the Direction paying an extra charge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have a terrace with table and chairs and view to the sea, and some of them have a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is preferly outside the apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is the possibility for the client to rent SAT-TV paying an extra charge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a beautiful swimming-pool with salt water, hydro-massage and solarium and is situated in a panoramic point of the propoerty with view on the sea.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Every apartment offers one open parking for car included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Cecina or Bibbona. The client can require information directly in the property .
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the surroindings of the property, in the country of Guardistallo, 1 km far from Gheppio circa, there are restaurant with typical cooking , stores and pubs. In the country of Cecina, 7 km far from Gheppio circa, there are a lot of shops, commercial centre and supermarkets .
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the property is located along the famous wine road of the Etruscan Coast (Sassicaia and Ornallaia).
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 100 km circa - Siena: 90 km circa - Pisa 50 km circa .
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Guardistallo, 1 km circa far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport from our property is located in Pisa (Galileo Galilei), about 50 km distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  400 meters from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Cecina, 7 km far from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, only the swimming-pool with salt water and hydro-massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
