Accommodations

 Flats have been completely restored, following the ancient traditions of Tuscan hovels and the natural atmosphere of the environment: stone walls, kilnful floor, ceiling with wonderful beams. All flats are well equipped with heating, TV, independent entrance, private garden with table and chairs. Heating and TV-SAT are not inclusive in the price. Our guests can also use barbecue in the garden to cooklocal fish and steak, and taste our wonderful oil. |
 In relation to the dimension, flats are divided into three types: type A, type B and type C:
Type A: flats for 4(6) people, around 100 metres, equipped with kitchen, a comfortable living-room, a double-room, a room with a couple of single beds, two bathrooms, terrace with table and chairs, garden, parking for the car. |
 Type B: Flats for 4 people, around 70 metres, equipped with a living-room, a small cooking corner, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, wash-basin and hair-dryer, terrace with table and chairs and view to the sea, parking for the car .
Type C: flats for 2-3 people, around 50 metres, equipped with a living -room and a small cooking corner, a double room, a bathroom with shower, wash-basin, WC, bidet and hair-dryer, terrace with table and chairs and view to the sea, parking for the car. |
